At Premier Express Group we are serious about guarding the security of your personal information and use a secure server to store your personal information. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using Transport Layer Security technology. 3. Payment process
Our payments maybe processed by our third party payment processor which is a secured third party payment processor. The third party payment processor uses secured API to process the payments. We do not store any information relating to your bank or payments details.

• Credit reporting agencies and courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities where customers fail to pay for goods or services provided by us to them;
• Courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities and law enforcement officers as required by law, in connection with any actual or prospective legal proceedings, or in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights;
• Third party service providers under contact with MP Money, including agents or sub-contractors and third party payment processors, who assist us in providing information, products, services or direct marketing to you. This may include parties located, or that store data, outside of Australia; and
• Third parties to collect and process data using Google Analytics. This may include parties that store data outside of Australia.
• The Identification Verification agencies used to confirm your identity and meet the applicable identification and verification regulatory requirements;
• You provide consent to your information being checked with Documentation Verification Service (DVS) or official record holder via third party systems for the purpose of confirming your identity.

5. Your rights and controlling your personal information

We are committed to ensuring that the information you provide is secure.
